About two days ago google made the internet go crazy by releasing a picture of their highly anticipated flagship smartphone the Pixel 4.

This year has seen a handful of impressive devices like the Samsung galaxy s10.

Pixel phones have been well received by audience but the pixel 3 had a bit of bugs with it's software and other issues including the notorious notch.

We hoped the learned a lesson from that phone and give us something different this year. Here's what we know about the google pixel 4 so far.

The tweet confirmed that the pixel 4 has a square back cut out similar to the iphone XI.

The back has two cameras, a sensor, a flash and no finger print reader.

This is the first pixel to have two cameras at the back. Usually they have one camera making it iconic considering the pixel was considered by many to have the best smartphone camera in the world.

Facial recognition seems like the route their going for.

A metallic mold given to phone case manufactures revealed that the front of the phone would have a fore head which is a bit odd considering phones these days are aiming to be bezel less like the One Plus 7 pro and the Oppo Reno x 10 have done so far.

Supposedly the fore head would serve a purpose.

It's supposed to hold extra sensors and cameras to make the face lock technology a lot more efficient considering it wouldn't have fingerprint unlock.

Expect a USB-C and wireless charging they would also have active edge sensors which means you would just squeeze to activate google assistant.

Currently theirs no pricing or release date for the phone but usually it's announced in October and gets released later on that month.

In the mean time you can purchase the google pixel 3 a which goes for around $399.
