On Sunday, Health CS, Mutahi Kagwe was adamant when he was questioned about a viral video that showed one of his sons out partying.

Kenyans saw the irony in the whole situation where, despite Kagwe's pleas for Kenyans to follow the government's Covid-19 guidelines, his own son went ahead and did the exact opposite.

Brushing off the whole situation, Kagwe told journalists in Kisumu that all his sons are adults and that they are responsible for their own actions.

"On the issue of a video footage showing my son at a party, I do not have a son under 18 in my house, meaning they are adults. You can follow them and ask them," the CS said.

The CS has found himself on the receiving end of late with Kenyans asking him to resign. However, Kagwe is not caving in.

"The issue of people asking me to resign is a pipe dream. They can continue to dream on," he said.
