Tanzanian musician, Benard Michael Paul Mnyang'anga aka Ben Pol has denied having any knowledge of the conclusion of his divorce case from ex-wife, Anerlisa Muigai.
The singer spoke to Nairobi News where he said he was unaware of the news saying,
“I am also seeing these reports online. I haven’t been informed officially or unofficially. I don’t know where she got that communication from because even the court where I filed for the divorce isn’t aware of the reports."
The two lovers filed for divorce in April 2021 and said at the time that he had left the matter in the hands of the courts.
“In that regard, I will leave the matter to the court and wait for the official outcome."
Ben's declaration comes at a time when the Keroche heiress happily announced the conclusion of her marriage to the 'Kidani' musician.

She went ahead to praise her team of lawyers saying they had done a lot to get the divorce done and even named the lawyers by name.
"Officially Free. It would not be fair to not give a shout-out to these two advocates who worked tirelessly to make sure that the divorce was done quickly and not wait for years."Hamza Jabir and Hosea Chamba. Thank you for your work and for doing everything as requested."
The couple got married in early 2020 with their relationship barely lasting 6 months before the cracks started to emerge.
To this day, no one can clearly point out why the couple couldn't work out.
Anerlisa for her part told Mpasho last year that in her past, she always thought that everyone she dated was genuine and that made her not see the clear picture.
She also said that the one lesson she had learnt from her marriage that she didn't foresee going in was that culture and education play a big role in a marriage.
Ben for his part said that there marriage was ravaged by a lot of issues.
''I think it was driven by a lot of insecurities and fear. People do so much when it comes to guarding their image brand. I think she felt that I know so much about her and that I would one day blast her," he told Simulizi Na Sauti last year.
