What may have seemed like a quick and simple fix for Kanye West only turned out to be an embarrassment for him, after Skechers kicked him out of their headquarters.

Kanye West turned up at the Skechers shoe company in Manhattan Beach, California, on Wednesday in the wake of his split from Adidas, according to the organization.

The rapper and his entourage were "escorted" out of the building by two of the company's executives after  showing up "unannounced," the shoe company said in a statement.

"Skechers is not considering and has no intention of working with West," the company added.

"We condemn his recent divisive remarks and do not tolerate antisemitism or any other form of hate speech.", Skechers made clear.

It would be fair to label this a desperate move from the fashion mogul, after Adidas finally succumbed to worldwide pressure to ditch the father of 4 following his recent controversies.

The German shoe company in a statement said, "Adidas doesn't tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech. Ye's recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful, and dangerous, and they violate the company's values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness."

As result, Adidas moved forward to, "terminate the partnership with Ye, end production of Yeezy branded products and stop all payments to Ye and his companies with immediate effect."

Forbes valued West’s deal with the German apparel company (Adidas) at $1.5 billion and says his net worth without it plummets to $400 million.

According to The Washington Post, the Yeezy brand brought in roughly $2 billion per year in revenue for Adidas before the brand terminated its contract with Mr West.

It amounted to close to 10% of the company's overall annual revenue.

One would understand his desire to get back into the "shoe-designing game" after seeing those numbers.

Sadly however, things are not looking good for the rapper at the moment. Most, if not all, brands would not want to be associated with him and for valid reasons.
