I know! I was equally shocked to learn that there is a country where Queen B isn’t allowed in. I mean it’s Queen B!

But apparently the, “Who Run the World” hitmaker isn’t allowed in Malaysia due to the provocative nature of her shows

The artist is indefinitely banned from China. Not just for concerts, even as a tourist.

Apparently, her ban came from an incident when she wore the Taiwanese flag during her concert at Taipei Arena, and over a sunflower dress she wore during her Prism tour (the sunflower is the symbol of the Sunflower Student Movement, which protested a Chinese trade agreement in 2014)

3. Snoop Dog

Anything Snoop-related you already know it’s going to be crazy hilarious.

The artist/ entrepreneur is banned from Norway for the craziest reason. Luckily his ban wasn’t indefinite.

The rapper was banned for two years after being caught trying to sneak eight grams of marijuana into the country.

4. Selena Gomez

The actress and singer was banned from China when a picture she took with the Dalai Lama surfaced in 2016.

China really doesn’t play! Over 5 big names are banned from the country

The Chinese government reportedly banned Gomez from performing in the country due to her association with the Tibetan spiritual leader, (highlighted by the photo) who fled to India (and lives in exile) after a failed uprising against the Chinese government in 1959.

5. Miley Cyrus

The actress/ musician is banned from China as well.

Her ban came back in 2009 after she posted a picture of herself in which her eyes appeared slanted.

Giving insight about her ban Chinese foreign minister Yang Jiechi said, “Miss Cyrus has made it clear she is no friend of China or anyone of East Asian descent.

We have no interest in further polluting our children’s minds with her American ignorance."

6. The Beetles

Popular British boy band The Beetles were banned from the Philippines after they politely declined a breakfast invitation from the First Lady, Imelda Marcos at the Presidential Palace in Manila.

The band noted that they were not used to such official invites but the then-First Lady was not having it,

The First Lady took offense and revoked their right to enjoy “her country” A move that saw them get attacked by masses as they hurriedly tried to exit the country.
