32-year-old Julia Fox has come out to clear the air on why she dated 45-year-old Yeezy founder, Kanye West who happens to be her friend's (Kim Kardashian) ex-husband.
Taking to her TikTok page to address her short-lived romance with Ye the model highlighted that dating the rapper was a selfless act.
All this came about when a fan asked her why she had entertained "a famously violent misogynist and anti-Semite."
"I was just going to write it on my book and have you all buy it but it's okay I'm going to tell you for free," the model remarked.
She went on to narrate how her hooking up with Kim's ex-husband even though she and the Kardashians were friends was a selfless act of love and sisterhood.
"See the man (Kanye) was acting normal around me! And not only that but see the Kardashians, back when I had a fashion line like 10 years ago they used to buy my clothes and sold them in their stores.
So I have always had a big love for Kim especially, and even Kourtney especially like all of them pretty much. Just the big three Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe those are my girls." Julia said giving a back story to her friendship with the Kardashians.
Jumping into how her romance with Kanye started she said, "By the time I and him got together, it was like, he hadn't been doing anything out there yet. The only thing he had done was change the name in the song and said, like, 'Come back to me, Kimberly,"
Highlighting that Ye hadn't spiralled when he started hitting on her so.
The "No Sudden Move" actress noted that she was uninterested because she was not big on dating a celebrity again but Kanye was constantly blowing her phone.
"Nothing ever comes of it. They’re kinda boring, they're not what you think they're gonna be," she confessed.
She ultimately decided to give the rapper a shot when she came to an interesting revelation.
"I was like, 'Oh my God, Kanye's yelling at me, like, what do I do?
But then I had this thought, and I was like, Oh my God, maybe I can get him off Kim's case. Like, maybe I can distract him and just get him to like me," Julia revealed.
"If anyone can do it, it's me. When I set my mind to something, I do it and I will say that month we spent together he was not on twitter, he was not on any social media and he didn't even talk about his relationship all we talked about was clothes and weird designs and plans for the future.
And it was really beautiful guys. But I realized really quickly that I couldn't help him. I was delusional and he didn't want to take my help" finished off Julia.
The couple were first linked in January 2022 after meeting at a New Year’s Eve party and dated for around six weeks.
