Former Tahidi High actress Jackie Matubia has been in hospital for an unconfirmed amount of time.
Matubia announced the news to her fans through her on her Instagram page on Thursday where she noted that he has been ill for several days.
To prove it, she posted a picture of herself lying in a hospital bed. In the photo she posted, the mother of two was seen attached to a blood pressure monitor.
She also had a needle in her left arm. However, she did not reveal more details about the disease affecting her. "To good health! I've had the worst few days," she wrote on her Instastories.

The thespian, however, continued to post other videos on Instastory showing herself promoting various products.
However, the length of time the videos were recorded has not been determined. Matubia and her fiancee Blessing Lung'aho welcomed a son into the world about six months ago.
Matubia used her Instagram page to announce the arrival of his son thanking God for a safe delivery.
The couple posted a photo with their child in the hospital and wrote; "Good morning☺️Good news!!! The baby is finally here!!! We thank God for a safe delivery. Thank you, family, for your prayers. Happy Monday!"
Matubia is a mother of two as she has a daughter from her previous relationship.
At the end of November, Matubia announced that she had undergone a weight loss procedure with an Allurion balloon placed in her stomach.
"Inches are coming in 2 months with the Allurion Balloon and I've gone from 105kg to now 93.3kg. The best view comes after the hardest climb," she said.
Matubia said the procedure took only 15 minutes and cost her about Sh500,000.
