A Tanzanian fashion designer just went viral after she launched claims of theft against besieged former Department of Energy official and “gender fluid” activist Sam Brinton.

The designer identified as Asya Khamsin took to Twitter where she called out Sam for allegedly stealing her suitcase back in 2018.

Asya, who is based in Houston, Texas shared side by side photos of herself wearing one of her outfits next to a photo that surfaced of Brinton in what she believes is the same custom made fit that got lost among many others back when she lost her suitcase.

It gets better.... this isn't the first time that Sam has been accused of stealing people's luggage from the airport.

THe fashion designer also shared another image of a runway model showcasing her outfits next to an image of Sam rocking  an outfit bearing a very strong resemblance to Asya's stunning yellow and gold ankra dress.

According to Asya, her luggage disappeared from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on March 9, 2018, her clothes were never recovered and the case was never solved.

While the thread has just gone viral on Twitter this week, Khamsin first tried to bring attention to Brinton’s alleged thievery in December of 2022 when she made an Instagram video showing Brinton wearing her pieces.

Brinton had been photographed wearing at least two of the pieces suspected to have come from Asya’s luggage at the 2018 Trevor Project gala in New York City

Speaking during an interview with Fox News Digital Asya voiced that the minute she saw Sam in those pieces she immediately recognized her art work.

“I saw the images. Those were my custom designs, which were lost in that bag in 2018. He wore my clothes, which was stolen.” An angry Asya said.

The fashion designer highlighted that she had flown to Washington, DC, to attend an event where she was invited to put her clothing on display. However, the disappearance of her bag prevented her from participating.

According to Fox News, back in September 2022 Sam was charged with stealing a woman’s luggage at a Minneapolis airport. The contents of the luggage were valued at Sh290,000 ($2,325).

That wasn't the only incident though.

Shortly after his arrest, Sam was charged again for stealing another woman’s suitcase in an earlier incident at Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport.

According to police, the suitcase contained more than Sh440,000 ($3,500) worth of jewelry, clothing, and makeup. And for this own, the activist was caught on camera.

Security footage highlights Sam Brinton walking through Harry Reid International Airport with the luggage in July 2022.

According to the arrest warrant, Brinton had already received his own bags from the carousel before grabbing the stranger’s luggage and making off with it.

If found guilty of his charges, Sam could face up to five years in prison and/or a Sh1.2 million ($10,000) fine
