Tennis super star Naomi Osaka training for the 2024 Australian Open while pregnant

Four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka has her fans and netizens mesmerized after she shared a video of her hitting the practice court and also doing a beach workout.

The Japanese professional tennis player took to her Instagram page to share an update with 3 videos highlighting her home workouts just a month after she announced to the world that she was pregnant.

Seems she wasn't lying when she said she would be back for the 2024 Australian Open better than before. Although Naomi is planning on seating out the entire 2023 season you can tell she isn't slacking.

 

In one of the videos shared with her over 2.7 million followers, the 25-year-old showed off her powerful backhand on the tennis court while in another she had a workout sweat session by the beach.

Captioning the posts the soon-to-be mom wrote, "Outside but barely lol," 

Osaka who has been ranked world No. 1 in singles by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) and is the first Asian player to hold the top ranking in singles while announcing the news of her pregnancy revealed that she was looking forward to her kid attending one of her matches and bragging aout her being their mom.

 

"I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future.

One thing I'm looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, 'that's my mom,' haha." Osaka said when she broke the news that her and her boyfriend Cordae were expecting their first chile togetehr.

Her fans seemed to overly love the videos as they flocked her comment section in numbers to applaud her for keeping up with her routine during pregnancy.

But it seems the four-time Grand Slam singles champion, who also has two Australian Open and two US Open titles had second thoughts about the videos as she ended up deleting them from her Instagram feed.

Before announcing that she was pregnant she had roused rumours that she was retiring after she failed to sign up to play any tournaments leading up to the Australian Open.

She then proceeded to withdraw from the Australian Open.

To quiet the rumours last month the iconic tennis player took to Instagram, where she announced her pregnancy.

Naomi shared a picture of her ultrasound captioning it, "can't wait to get back on the court but here is a little life update for 2023."

She then went on to add:

"The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find that it's the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun.

These few months away from the sport has really given me a new love and appreciation for the game l've dedicated my life to.

I realize that life is so short and I don't take any moments for granted, everyday is a new blessing and adventure.

I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I'm looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, 'that's my mom', haha.

2023 will be a year that'll be full of lessons for me and I hope I'll see you guys in the start of the next one cause I'll be at Aus 2024.

Love you all infinitely. " Osaka announced on January 11th.
