Kenyan artist Willy Paul has just announced to his over 2.3 million Instagram followers that he is commencing a celibacy journey.
Why make the announcement public you ask, well Pozze was directing the post to all the ladies crushing on him and girls on his DM's begging them not to tempt him during this journey.
The "Umeme" hitmaker emphasized that it was really important for him to remain celibate until after his scheduled event to give a great performance.
While making the announcement Willy Paul posted a video of him working out at the gym.
However, the video was sort of eyebrow raising.
In the said video, a girl in a really cute pink and mustard gym set is seen standing in front of Pozze as he does some sort of pull-up combined with leg exercises.
He went on to caption the video, "I will Remain CELIBATE For My Upcoming Event To Be Successful... I Choose To Be Holy Kabisa...
Ladies, Please Make This Process Easy For Me. Thank You For Understanding. Yours Willy Paul."
Pozze's announcement comes barely a day after he received the prestigious YouTube Gold Creator award popularly known as the Golden Plaque - an award given to users who cross the one million subscribers mark.
Yesterday an excited Pozze shared the good news via his socials, thanking his fans for enabling him to achieve the new milestone.
“Thank you @youtube for the gift this is well received! I just received my 1,000,000 subs award from @youtube
“Thank you all for the love and support and to that blogger that had doubts about my numbers next time just ask me politely and I'll answer you one love. GOLD,” Willy Paul wrote.
Pozze joined the streaming platform on March 21, 2010, and so far he has over 211 million views and counting.
Pozze is among musicians who have accumulated over 1 million subscribers. Others are Bahati, Sauti Sol, and Otile Brown.
Otile was the first Kenyan artiste to surpass the one million subscribers mark on YouTube.
