American rapper Flo Rida is in big trouble after he failed to physically appear in NYC Family Court yesterday and tried to follow the proceedings virtually through a zoom call.

The move, mostly because it wasn't communicated in advance nor agreed upon by the court did not go over well with the judge.

Flo Rida and his ex Alexis Adams are currently going through a legal battle where the "Good Feeling" rapper had been ordered to pay 100% of the medical bills, education, and child support for their 6-year-old son Zohar, a move Alexis now claims the rapper has failed to uphold.

Alexis had requested the judge to order the rapper who recently won a huge $82.5 million award in an energy drink lawsuit to set aside $400k in a bank account to pay various expenses for their special-needs son.

She informed the judge her child’s father stopped making payments towards the insurance during a crucial time that forced her to file for Medicaid.

Alexis was able to make her case to the judge and state the amount she required Flo Rida didn't get that chance to talk to the judge as he failed to appear physically and the judge wouldn't allow him to testify over Zoom.

Alexis claims Flo stopped paying the insurance at this crucial time, forcing her to file for Medicaid and Department of Education funding to cover Zohar's bills.

She claims Flo has never even met Zohar, and all his social media postings such as Zohar "getting the best medical care" are all for show.

6-year-old Zohar is autistic and suffers from a rare disorder known as hydrocephalus. He also recently suffered a near-death experience when he accidentally fell 5 stories from his mother's New Jersey apartment on March 4.

Alex revealed she is suing the building's owner on account that the size of the windows are too big and that there are no window guards.

"My only child has suffered severe injuries due to the wilful negligence of our landlord and others involved in failing to take necessary safety measures.

It is negligent and careless as he did not install size guards on the window." Part of her statement read.

Flo Rida, might still have a chance to argue his case as the judge hasn't yet ruled on Alexis's request.
