Chance the rapper with his wife Kirsten

American rapper, record producer, singer, and songwriter Chance the Rapper and his wife entrepreneur and CEO Kirsten Corley seem to be having some issues if Kirsten's latest social media post is anything to go by.

Chance seemingly angered his wife after his latest shenanigans while out celebrating his dirty 30!

The "No Brainer" hitmaker went viral last week after having a girl grinding on him for the world to see during his 30th birthday romp, while in Jamaica during Carnival 2023.

Fans were left confused as the rapper has always been rapping for years about being happily married.

However, the Chicago MC feels he didn't do anything wrong and is up for some more party-time grinding if his new lyrics are to be taken seriously.

Yesterday, (Friday 28th, April) Chance co-starred on his Black Line Fest collaborator Vic Mensa's new music video "$WISH" and burst out the gate with the pro-twerking bars, "Make somethin' shake for me, stop playin', bitch/Fairtrade, you get a purse, I get a sandwich/But that ain't fair you gеt to twerk, and that's an advantage."

However, his wife holds different sentiments and seems to not to be taking the moment lightly.

Just as fans thought the coals were cooling off, Chance's wife Kirsten Corley-Bennett took to social media with a post that seems to be re-sparking the controversy.

The mother of 2 shared a passage from Maya Angelou’s "Letter to My Daughter" book highlighting the part about people getting married but still not growing up.

Kirsten shared a screen grab from Maya's "Home" which part of it reads, "most people don't up. It's too damn difficult.

What happens is most people get older, that's is the truth of it.... They marry, they have the nerve to have children, but they don't grow up."

She captioned the lengthy post, "I hope one day, we all choose to grow up."

The entrepreneur's post currently as over 10.8k likes and over 100 comments from fans echoing sentiments on the post and sending her love and light.

Fans are still wildly confused as to whether the post is really directed to the father of her kids and if things are totally okay in camp Chance!
