Fans have been thrown into a frenzy after multi-award-winning artist Shakira was seen hanging out with Formula One champion driver Lewis Hamilton.
Photos of the two heading out on the water and soaking up some sun on Thursday (May 10th) while in Miami Beach, Florida have been doing rounds online and netizens can't help but speculate about a possible romance between the two.
The 46-year-old “Hips Don’t Lie” pop titan watched Lewis compete in the 2023 F1 Grand Prix of Miami over the weekend. Shortly after the race, she was spotted hanging out with Lewis, raising questions about her relationship status.
In the said photos Shakira could be seen in a lilac top and matching skirt with fringed details.
While 34-year-old Lewis wore a pair of black and white shorts paired with a black cut-off black t-shirt.
Forever the gentleman Lewis who'd picked the artist outside her $20 million dollar exquisite ,mansion was seen offering his hand as Shakira made her way onto the luxury watercraft with Lewis's friend, fencer Miles Chamley-Watson, standing nearby
The boat, which was loaded up with surfboards and floating devices, then headed out towards the ocean.
According to TMZ this wasn't their first interaction. Apparently the two met at at Cipriani restaurant in Miami after Sunday's event (the Grand Prix) The interaction must have gone well, as Shakira made her way to Lewis' Florida crib just days later.
It’s not immediately clear if they are friends or if there was a spark there that could develop into something more.
Their rumoured romance comes in just when it had been reported that actor Tom Cruise might have the hots for her. The artist seems to be really living it up in her single girl era.
