The most well-known gymnast in Kenya, Wendy Waeni, has astounded many of her followers by revealing that she recently purchased an iPhone 15.
Waeni chose the most costly variant, the Pro Max, of the phone, which was released earlier this week and is currently the trendiest item on the market.
Wendy, who recently relocated to China, displayed the purchase receipt on her Twitter page, indicating that she will be receiving the phone within a week.
The cost of the phone is 9999 Chinese Yuan, or Ksh 199,987 when expressed in Kenyan Shillings.
Her promise to give away her iPhone 14 Pro Max soon the replacement came in amazed her supporters even more.
"I'm getting my iPhone 15 Pro Max on the 22nd , Nani anataka nimpatie my current one? iPhone 14 Pro Max."
Kenyans responded to the tweet with Kenyans in the comments section cheekily lobbying to be given the iPhone 14.
