Award-winning screenwriter Abel Mutua spoke when his friend and business partner Phillip Karanja amicably ended his marriage to Kate Actress.
On September 20, 2023, Mutua chose to follow in the footsteps of Kate and Phillip by suggesting that he would no longer be friends with Mr. Karanja.
Abel joked in his post that because he had upgraded to a Range Rover, he doesn't want to be associated with BMW owners. He had a Mercedes Benz before.
The sarcastic statement read;

‘We have come to the conclusion that going our separate ways is best for both of us. This is due to our vehicular differences.

Upon seeing the funny statement Kate replied; “Nugu wewe” with laughing Emojis.
Director Phil added; "Mtu BladiFakin sana😂😂😂😂,".
At the same time, Njugush who is also a close associate of Phil and Kate opted to copy the format of the joint statement but replace it with his own words.
