Roseline Atieno, also known online as "Rozzie," the popular nanny, has now denied having any relationship with comic Vanessa Akinyi, also known as Cartoon Comedian.

Since gaining popularity a few days ago after the circulation of her emotional video saying goodbye to her employer's family from Lebanon, many netizens have noticed a great similarity between the mother of two children from Siaya County and the Cartoon Comedian.

In an interview with Bennie Experience, however, Rozzie made it clear that she is not related by blood to the comedian and even noted that she does not know her.

"No, I don't know her. We have no relationship," she said.

Many Kenyans have been likening Rozzie to Cartoon Comedian while the group even claims that there is a high possibility that they are sisters.

Rozzie, who has been working in Lebanon for the past two years, is from Siaya, while Cartoon Comedian was born and raised in Nairobi.

In the past few days, a video showing the emotional moments when Rozzie, the couple she was working for and their four children said goodbye has been going viral on social media with many seeming to be deeply moved by the love shown.

In the interview, the mother of three explained the main reason why her employer's children were overcome with emotion when she was leaving Lebanon.

"I think it's just a mother's love that I've been giving them because I also have children. I used to treat them as just my children," Rozzie said.

At the same time, the woman denied claims that the children she was taking care of were very close to her because her employer had abandoned them.

"It's not true, he was always there for his children," she said.

Rozzie said that she found out about her trending video from her friend who lives in Lebanon after it had already started circulating on social media.

"I was happy.. the Lebanese family was happy for me," she said.
