Renowned media personality, author, and human rights activist Janet Mbugua has decided to address ongoing rumors about her supposed pregnancy.
The speculation regarding her pregnancy began about a week ago after sharing her stunning photos on Instagram.
Clad in a black body-hugging dress with sheer detail at the torso and glamorous satin coverup.
People couldn't help but notice her slightly protruding stomach. This observation led to widespread speculation and rumors of her being pregnant.
People even sent her congratulatory messages flooding her comment section.
Janet Mbugua did not hesitate to respond and clear all the ongoing false rumors once and for all.
She clarified the rumors and told people on social media that she was not expectant but it was just good eating habits and a relaxed approach to her body.
"No, I'm not pregnant...I probably did not breathe in on the count of three but Ni Sawa,' she said.
She humorously hinted at the possibility of her joining the gym, which she says results will gradually show after some time.
Responding to a comment from a fan who emphasizes that Janet is single and therefore there is no way she can be pregnant.
This exchange further reinforced Janet's statement about relationship status and pregnancy rumor.
The news anchor earlier worked for KTN then later moved to Citizen TV for several years before announcing her retirement.
