Rapper Quavo fires back at Chris Brown as their beef escalate

American rapper Quavo has responded to Chris Brown's diss track Weakest Link.

Quavo's diss track “Over Hoes & Bitches,” features cover art depicting Huncho choking out Brown. 

Quavo also enlists his late nephew and Migos bandmate Takeoff, who was killed in 2022.

Quavo brought up Brown’s history of violence and his 2009 felony assault on Rihanna, “You have been *** your bag up when you punched Ri’ in the face/ Talking about Fashion Week, you sparing who/ Come punch me in my face/ It ain’t nun’ but a fade, you know you lost to Frank,” he raps.

He also brags about how he could find another Saweetie whom he split from in 2021 in another model on the track, “I can take a model *** and make a Saweetie.”

Saweetie responded by posting her alleged Instagram DMs, which include an unread message from Quavo. “Hopefully the model he turns me into replies,” she wrote to X.

Chris Brown laughed off Quavo's recent "Hoes & Bitches" diss, saying it wasn't strong enough to warrant a response.

He mocked Quavo on Instagram, posting a fake tattoo of "WEAKEST LINK" on his forehead and calling out his rap.

Brown reignited January after awkwardly being sat next to Quavo at the Rhude Menswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 show.

“Can’t pick who you sit by,” Brown wrote in an Instagram comment following the show. 

Brown also reignited their beef in April with his "Freak" track.

Chris Brown and Quavo began beefing in 2017 when it was reported that Quavo had started dating Karreuche Tran, whom Brown dated from 2011 to 2015.

While the former Migos member and Tran never confirmed the rumors at the time, Brown reportedly felt betrayed that Quavo dated Tran, as he considered him one of his good friends.

To add fuel to the fire, Tran filed a restraining order against Brown around the time that her dating rumors with Quavo started circulating.

According to TMZ, Brown didn't think that it was merely a coincidence and that Tran only filed so she could freely date Quavo.
