Reality TV star and businesswoman Mercy Kyallo penned a congratulatory message to her sister Betty Kyallo as she makes a comeback into the media industry.
Taking to her socials Mercy said that she is proud to see her sister back at what she does best – reminiscing on old memories when Betty was still a nobody in the industry.
“I’m so proud of you sis! From reading news to us in the sitting room with your comb microphone 20 years ago to blossoming into the most interesting news anchor ever to grace our screens,” Mercy Kyallo’s message read in part.
The Yallo Leather CEO added that Betty inspires her in many aspects of life with her determination and hard work.
“A true household name. You are so graceful & your beauty glows. You inspire us all with the drive and determination you have. @bettymuteikyallo Keep going sister, the light from your star is leading the way. Guess we’re all back to watching news now,” Mercy added.
Upon seeing the message Betty said; "This is sweet. Thank you so much sis. ❤️ This is such a lovely message,"
Prior to this, Betty had announced that she would be joining TV47 after 4years of not appearing as a TV presenter.
Ms Kyallo is back on air having her show on Fridays at TV47 known as “This Friday with Betty,”.
Betty is a media personality who has been on KTN and K24 and is also an entrepreneur.
Of late she has been making headlines after her beauty palour auctioned due to what was termed as ‘Rent arrears’.
Away from her role as a news anchor, she also appears in a reality TV show dubbed ‘Kyallo Kulture’ together with her two sisters – Mercy and Gloria Kyallo.
