Safari and Tours CEO Simon Kabu is a jolly man after his first daughter, Maureen graduated with a degree in IT.
The father of 3 took to his socials to celebrate the win noting how incredibly proud he was of the young girl for achieving such a feat.
He shared how back in his day they had no way of keeping them awake as they struggled to burn the midnight oil and thus had to immerse their feet in a bucket of cold water so they were able to pull an all-nighter while studying.

Only parents know the joy of such a day. It has taken her sleepless nights burning midnight oil till this end. Many are the times she had wanted to throw the towel but a word of encouragement kept her going. Keep it up. 👏👏 . This is just the beginning. #thekabus," the Bonfire CEO wrote excitedly as he shared a video of him standing next to his firstborn who couldn't stop smiling broadly as she rocked her black and orange graduation regalia.

Posting on her socials Maurine gave thanks to God, and thanked her parents for their support as well as her schoolmates who walked the journey with her as she gave herself a pat on the back for acing her school work and emerging triumphant.
