Multi-award winning American Caresha Brownlee popularly known as Yung Miami is finally opening up about her nuances of her time with controversial music producer and veteran rapper.
The 'Rap Freaks' crooner appeared to speak highly about the father of 7 whom she dated from 2021 to 2023, maintaining their was built on mutual respect and support, particularly in terms of her career.
She gave Diddy his flowers stating, he was a mentor who believed in her potential beyond music.
"I just think that when I met Diddy, he was just a man first. He was more into what I wanted to do, and he approached me with a lot of business [ideas].
You should do this. I see this in you.' So it was more of that for me. He saw more in me than music," the rapper said.
Touching on Diddy's abuse allegations that surfaced she expressed she was deeply shocked and hurt after seeing the claims made by singer Cassie noting the Diddy she experienced for those two years was a different man.
"I was deeply hurt and shocked after watching the video...That was not my experience at all," the mother of 2 added emphasising that her relationship with the rapper didn't involve any form of abuse or toxic behaviour.
Finishing up she noted that even though Diddy was good to her it didn't mean she supports said allegations.
"Being 30 with two kids, that's something I don't condone or tolerate, something that I grew from.
That's why I say that wasn't my experience with him because I wouldn't even put up with that," Yung Miami said.
