Angelina Jolie is not happy with the judge handling her divorce case with ex, Brad Pitt. According to Associated Press, Jolie says the kids weren't allowed to testify.
Jolie seeks to disqualify the judge from the case.
“Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial, improperly excluding her evidence relevant to the children’s health, safety, and welfare, evidence critical to making her case,” read a statement
Jolie filed for a divorce in 2016 when Brad Pitt was accused of being abusive to their son in a private plane. No charges were filed against Pitt after investigations.
Brad Pitt's lawyers say that the judge conducted an 'Extensive proceeding over the past six months in a thorough, fair manner and reached a tentative ruling and order after hearing from experts and percipient witnesses.”
The two have six kids.
