Grammy award winning songwriter Bensoul is set to perform at a concert headlined by Nigerian singer Fireboy DML.

The event will go down at the Ngong Racecource on 9th April.

In an interview with Kalondu Musyimi, Bensoul said he doesn't mind a collabo when the 'Peru' hitmaker lands in the country.

 

"Fireboy is one of my most favourable artists in Nigeria. And if he asks me for a collabo, who am I to turn him down?"

He continued "It will be one of the biggest concerts in April.... we have been preparing for it. We will have some good time."

The Sol Generation star is currently promoting his new song 'I Deny' and is set to release an album with Sauti Sol member, Bien.

"I am working on an album with Bien, projects with Polycarp, Savara, Nviiri. In December we meet at Sol Fest again.... in a bigger space. We want to make it the biggest concert this year." 

Also speaking about the event was content creator Victor Maina for Guinness Smooth who said "I am a Fire Boy fan. I am expecting an acoustic set and I feel his career is getting better and better. I'm waiting to be surprised."
