According to the video footage from the B Club CCTV, the two can be seen talking and later Babu darws his weapon and shoots. This shooting incident has left DJ Evolve bedridden and it is now going to a week.
Last week, we were informed that he was scheduled for surgery on Monday that was to repair his spin sadly that surgery was postponed.
He, however, underwent two successful surgeries, where a bullet that was lodged in his neck was removed. In the second surgery, a blood clot was removed from the affected area.
His 'brother', Mikey updated us on his process saying,
"Update on Dj Evolve. The surgery to realign his upper spine that was scheduled to take place on Monday was put on hold after Felix suddenly developed tracheotomy( trachea complications). The lead surgeon has thus recommended for a tracheal surgery prior to the chiropractic adjustment(spine surgery) taking place. Jesus is at the wheel all will be will. Belive. Have Faith. Pray," He posted
Babu Owino will be in custody for the next seven days. The next mention will be on the 27th of January and that is when the court will rule on whether he will be granted bail based on the probation report that will be filed.
