Fena Gitu isn't here to play games. She is sick and tired of being sick and tired with all you Kenyan artistes who do not support your peers. Fena Gitu was inspired to share her sentiments about the selfishness of Kenyan artistes following Elani's recent album launch.
During the album launch, Fena Gitu was appalled to see that very few Kenyan artistes came out to show love and support for Elani who were launching their latest project, an album called Colours of Love.
Fena Gitu drew parallels to her own album launch which was poorly attended by local msucians and celebs. Actually, she revealed that she only counted 4 at the launch. And so Fena took to her Twitter account to declare the following:
KENYAN ARTISTS BARELY SHOW UP FOR FELLOW ARTISTS. There were like 4 artists (one who is my best friend so it doesn't count) at my listening party, and a handful last night's listening party. Na tunataka fans watusupport. Anyway, album ni ya mafans, ama?
