Jacque described Kirigo as her "personal person" to indicate their were thick as thieves.
Their relationship as close friend had transcended a lot of trials to remain solid. While Kirigo referred to her as "my bestie with the mostest".
And by the look of things, Jowie did not manage to break them apart.
In a different post Jacque writes, "All day everyday BFFism Kirigo Ngarua, my favorite girl."
Beside Kirigo, Jacque has a close knit circle of friends that also includes Fanaka TV CEO Terryanne Chebet, Hot 96 Fm’s Shix Kapienga and Citizen TV director Monicah Kiragu.
"My mother has a chamma-they call themselves "The Golden Girls". The girls have been friends for as long as I can remember and of late, every quarter they organize a girlfriends trip for themselves-both locally and internationally.. And when they come back they are rejuvenated and are excited about life," Kirigo said.
"May this be the beginning of many amazing trips for Terryanne Chebet, Jacque Maribe, Monica Kiragu and Shix Kapienga (who isn't in this pic cause she was busy building the nation) and myself as we continue with this journey called life!!"

However, both Jacque and her fiance were incarcerated after they were linked to the brutal murder of Monicah Kimani. Her body was discovered in her posh apartment in Kilimani, with her throat slit.
Way before the murder, sources told that Kirigo did not get along with Jowie.
The source, who is privy to the relationship between the girls, said:
“Kirigo was the only one who saw through Jowie for who he was. There was a time she had a public altercation with him because Jowie found out she was telling Jacque he is not worth her love. This altercation coloured their relationship going forward.”
The source also said Kirigo was not present during Jowie’s public proposal to Jacque. She was away for a job, or some other engagements.
Later, Kirigo congratulated Jacque. “After all what could she do, they are friends first, way before Jowie was in the picture and even after he leaves, she will still be close to Jacque,” the source said.
Sources close to all three claims that they would bicker a lot and the reason was Jacque. It got to a point where Jowie actually told Kirigo to stay the efff away from his girlfriend.
Kirigo has refused to comment on this matter. When reached for comment, the response was as cold as an ice box.
“Who is that giving you that information? Then ask them their thoughts as well. I don’t want to comment about that.”
Maribe is still locked up at Gigiri police station after a court on Monday allowed police to hold her for 10 days.
