Mark Valley

You know him from his TV roles in shows like Days Of Our Lives, ER, Boston Legal and Fringe. Mark Valley has been in Kenya for close to a month.

Mark was first sported at the World Cup qualifier match between Kenya and Tunisia, where the Simbas trounced Tunisia 67 to nothing.

And, no, he was not hanging out in the VIP section at RFUEA, he was hanging out with the general population.

Such a ninja!

A female fan, Kare Kagambi who took a selfie with Mark bragged:

“So during the game we were debating if indeed it was Mark Valley seated next to us… google eventually proved me right 4. Such a humble man.”

Mark ValleyMark’s take on the game was, “Kenya gave Tunisia a drubbing yesterday in @worldrugby but these hawks #blackkites control the airspace and can snatch a piece of chicken out of your hand. No pigeons for miles.”

Mark was in the country to shoot a documentary on health. He worked with a Kenyan fillmaker called Mike Lolly P.

He is the same director who worked on Wangechi and Phyasco’s music video, Comeback.

Mark ValleyMike explains what it was like coming up with the visuals to the music video.

“I am more than inspired to make more and creative Visuals…dox..shorts..VR.. or anything that will portrays stories of any form…This music video is a masterpiece in its own ways and cuts the bar… I am personally proud to have been involved in conceptualising ..lighting it…directing it..filming it…cutting it…and even colouring it..all that you watch on this print was intended to be from the word go.”

Adding, “Thanks Wangechi and Phy, for believing in this Creative process through the end.”

He added, “We tried keeping it lowkey but his fans could still recognise him… #lets make movies…see you soon Mark.”

Mark ValleyAt one point, when Mark was shooting along Ngong Road, the hollywood actor stopped and bought ‘mahindi choma’.

“Grilled corn for brekky today,” Mark announced on his Instagram.
