As we are in the mood of fighting our insecurities, Andrew Kibe dropped a bombshell a few minutes to the end of The Morning Kiss with Kamene.

His original name before he got to class 7 when he had the opportune moment to change his name and rebrand was not one he liked.

Back in their day, they registered for KCPE in class 7. At home he was known at Andrew Kibe but in school, he hated the name his father gave him, Andrew Kibwika.

He revealed that the name belonged to his grandfather and that he came with it from Uganda.

Now the one thing that made Kibe hate the name was with the bullying that came with it.

‘Me beefing with Khaligraph is a waste of time coz manz doesn’t talk!’ Kibe says

They used to call me ‘kibuyu in the car’ and I couldn’t shake off this and so when I got to class seven I dropped this name and changed my name as I was registering for my KCPE to Andrew Kibe

So Andrew Kibwika was a dead man, I became Kibe and from then on I was the cool guy. People made so much fun of me I couldn’t take it no more. I got a chance to redeem myself to a new man.

In the spirit of this revelation, Sauti Sol have finally launched their song, Insecure and this is a song to encourage everybody to fight their insecurities because everyone has one or two.
