Jordyn has remained silent since the scandal broke, and has reportedly been living with her mother after moving out of Kylie's home.
The star has reportedly claimed she was 'blackout drunk' at the time she kissed Tristan, according to TMZ.
However, the Kardashian/Jenner family reportedly aren't buying the excuse because she was able to drive home at 7am the next morning.
