Jeff Koinange has honoured his promise to his late friend and former Kibra member of parliament, Ken Okoth. Taking to his social media platforms, he told the story as follows:
Folks...Almost TWO years ago, former KIBRA MP, the LATE Ken Okoth CHALLENGED me on the BENCH to build a LIBRARY for the kids at MBAGATHI High School!!...He called it the "JEFF KOINANGE LIBRARY"...Today, we have started STACKING the shelves with books and on TOP of that...RENAME the library the "KEN OKOTH MEMORIAL LIBRARY"...Btw you can Donate books anytime....Spread THE WORD!!
