Joyce Omondi and Waihiga Mwaura have been married for a couple of years never revealing anything about their marriage.

Contrary to many celebrity couples, they do not post about their relationship nor talk of it, we might say that is what keeps their marriage strong. Well, that is not the case in the Waihiga home, what keeps them intact is God.

During the Kalasha Awards that took place over the weekend, we got a chance to ask her a few questions and of course, her marriage had to be part of the questions.

Joyce Omondi's show tackles life’s issues so with that knowledge, we asked her for some marriage advice

“Put God at the centre of it all. That’s my biggest advice. I don’t know how people do it without God. For me, that has been the best thing ever. Marriage takes work, but it works." She said

She was at Safari Park as a nominee under the best TV host 2019 for her show Full Circle with Joyce on Switch TV.

“I was grateful and in shock for the nomination and was also grateful to my fans, who make the show what it is. It’s important to always have sobriety. It means I should work harder and keep trying and appreciating the people that come together to keep doing what I do.”

Her show is one of the most viewed on Switch Tv and her husband Waihiga is also making strides in his TV career. After Hussein Mohammed left Citizen TV,  he took over and he is doing a good job.
