He was bold enough to write in his blog that he had documents that linked Julie's husband to the controversial land, as he is apparently listed with one Harbans Singh who runs most of his illegal dealings through Harbans Singh Associates. See below as quoted from Robert Alai's blog:

In documents in our possession, Tony is listed with one Harbans Singh who is said to represent the interests of President Moi in many companies and Patrick Osero who represents Ruto in the dealings.
He then went on to mention that Julie Gichuru did not condemn the tear-gassing of the students, but rather, focused on why activists are using kids to demonstrate."
