Pretty powerful question isn't it? And that formed the foundation of Kamene and Kibe's morning conversation as they sought the answer as to why we as a society harbour rapists in our midsts. And as statistics show, most women know the man that raped them/ assaulted/ harassed them. Actually at a rate as high as 80%!

In eight out of 10 cases of rape, the victim knew the person who sexually assaulted them -

So what gives? Why is this number as high as it is? Well, that was the second thing that Kamene and Kibe asked about.

Usually, it has alot to do with access these people have to little children and women. And what now? Kamene told the story of a listener who revealed that at the age of 3 a cousin of hers "made inappropriate advances" at her while they were in shags.

Brah, that's sickening.

And this was the general admission alot of callers had and I am personally surprised.

And we know about the uncles who touch little children, the cousins who touch little boys yet we never call out their predatory nature... Wow!
