There is a God. And that God has blessed Ken Mijugi.

The NTV news anchor has bagged a senior position and a coveted position on TV.

Watu hutoka mbali, here is a photo of Ken before the fame.

Ken wrote in a past social media post:

"Sometimes you do things you believe will bring you happiness, they don't instead you become even more sad, true happiness lies in knowing you did right and that's what God wanted you to do, happiness accepting and knowing God, believing in Him and trusting that good things happen for the good of those who love the lord."

Now, Ken has been entrusted with the humongous role of hosting SideBar on NTV, the show that was previously hosted by Larry Madowo.

Larry moved to BBC.

This is the same show where Larry banned Miguna Miguna from ever appearing on.

"From social to political, legal, economic even religious issues here is where the real conversations happen," Ken said in the promo video of the talk show.

Going by Ken's general tolerance of people and issues, he may be able to handle the strongly opinionated personalities he will be hosting on the show.

"Two things define you," Ken wrote in a social media post, "Your patience when you got nothing and your attitude when you got it all."

NTV announced the change of guard in a Twitter post, "#Sidebar is back & revamped! Starting next Tuesday with @KenMijungu"

One fan, Sir_Rawlings, tweeted back, "It would do you good if you scrapped this slaykwin program #TTTT"

Another tweep,@JoshuaOkumu4, was of the opposite opinion, "Amazing, glad to see #sidebar back on air. Ken will definitely take the show to a whole new level."
