He appeared before Milimani Court Senior Principal Magistrate Peter Ooko, denied two counts of threatening to kill and behaving disorderly while carrying a firearm.

Kevin was charged that on March 16, 2019, at Vue Claire Place on Siaya road, he threatened to kill Yohana Imbwaka, a security guard, without lawful excuse and while armed with a pistol.

On the second count, he was accused of behaving disorderly by removing the firearm and pointing it to Yohanna on the same day.

According to media reports that the altercation began when Yohanna politely told Kevin to park at a different slot, one allocated for visitors. This was so, he couldn’t inconvenience tenants.

But Kevin did not want to hear any of that. He went ahead and parked at a tenants slot and the altercation ensued.

The CCTV footage shows Kevin’s pals hurling an object at the watchman before Kevin brandishes his gun and walks into the watchman’s office to threaten him.

Kevin denied all the charges and was released on a cash bail of Ksh.500, 000 with an alternative bond of Ksh. 1 million.

The case is set to be mentioned on April 4, 2019.
