It's safe to say that this year has been a successful one for King Kaka. Not so long ago, he landed an ambassadorial deal with an international liquor brand.
He was even interviewed at an American radio station, Hot 97, where he talked about his musical journey, his sanitary pads campaign, among other things.
King Kaka's mega-hit 'Dundaing' has been played everywhere, from clubs to shops, in matatus and many other places.
But who would have thought it can be played abroad? Well, King Kaka took to social media to share a video of an NBA game and his jam Dundaing was played in the background.
"Another Win!!! And We Are NBA. We Are Dundaing!!!!! MARVS VS POR. Big Up @poizonivythedj," he captioned the video.
Poizon Ivy is a Kenyan DJ and the official DJ of Dallas Marvs. She is the only female Kenyan to DJ for a basketball team.
This is a huge deal, considering Kenyan music is rarely played in large events abroad.
