A Survey by talent recruitment agency, BrighterMonday released some information about what you earn and it’s not good.
Safaricom, EABL and UN are the top/best 100 companies to work for, according to the list released.
What surprised us was that only 5% of Kenyans earn more than ksh200,000 with most Kenyans at 66% earning less than Ksh50,000.
The survey also revealed that most entrepreneurs or business owners are between the age of 25-35 followed closely by 18-24-year-olds.
Since Kenyan youth have been fighting the fact that employment is an issue, most of them have opted to open their own businesses.
