Saturday night's G'Day USA Gala marked Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus' first public appearance as a married couple.
And the Australian actor, 29, gushed over his new wife on both the stage and the red carpet.
Accepting an honour for his contribution to Hollywood film, The Hunger Games heartthrob publicly thanked Miley, 26, from the podium, describing her as 'a sweet, sweet angel'.
'I love you, you're great!' he further cooed, singling out his new wife in the crowd.
Newlywed Miley sat looking smitten, stunning in a low cut black dress.
Earlier in the evening, Liam chatted with assembled media on the red carpet, and dished details about his December 23 wedding day.
'It was a really nice, beautiful day with our immediate family and a couple of close friends,' the star explained.
He added: 'It's wonderful, we've been together for the better part of ten years.'
Liam and Miley met on the set of the romantic drama film The Last Song in 2009, and dated for four years before a split in 2013.
They reconciled in 2016, before tying the knot last month at their home in Tennessee.
Of married life, Liam told reporters on Saturday: 'It doesn't feel like a lot's changed, but on the other hand it has!'
He further cooed: 'It's wonderful! I'm loving it!'
