Early this week, Larry Madowo had his farewell party with his former colleagues at Nation media Group.

He was celebrating the new move to a new job after resigning from NTV. In attendance was Mark Masai,  - Who is also leaving NTV, Pamela Asigi - who has already left NTV for Citizen TV and Jane Ngoiri among others.

Now, word that has reached Kiss100.co.ke claims that the TV star is headed for an international media house.

Larry Madowo is joining BBC, the British government owned TV media house, where he will be in charge of business coverage for the Africa region.

Our sources claim that even before the very public attempted arrest of Madowo and Linus Kaikai  - that saw the duo spend a night at the office to evade arrest - Larry had already accepted the job at BBC.

In February this year, Larry edited his Twitter account to dissociate himself with Nation Media Group.

The controversial TV anchor will now be based at the Riverside offices  in Nairobi where BBC has built its new studios.
