Forget the fancy long Japanese noodles, I'm talking about the packed or tin noodles that just take 3 minutes to boil and you're good to go.
Noodles can be had as a whole meal you just need to tweak the recipe a little to fit your desire.

I must confess my love for eggs and noodles combined has helped me sort out the hunger pangs I encounter after work or a stressful day. Thus, this fun little recipe'
Note: You may choose to boil, fry or scramble the eggs depending on what you like.
- Two packs of instant noodles
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Crushed garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 whole carrot
Boil water with salt then add the instant noodles and allow them to boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain the excess water once they are well cooked, sprinkle some vegetable oil (or half a teaspoon of margarine), and set aside
In a pan, add some vegetable oil and allow to heat. Add your chopped onions and carrots and allow them to cook till the onions brown.

Add the pepper, noodles sauces mix (and any other spices you might want.) stir and let everything sit for a while.
