On Friday, Radio Africa Events launched the 'All White Party' at the Nairobi Streets Kitchen, in Westlands. 

The event which was powered by Radio Africa Events attracted most of Nairobi's partygoers had a set of DJs that brought the house down with catchy mixes, battles and dances.

Notably, celebrities like Daniel Churchill Ndambuki and Victor Ber could be seen shaking a leg.

 

On the decks were DJs Dream, CNG, SURAJ and Sir M. The well-designed banners, giant screens eye-catching décor the all-white theme were adequately captured.

Ladies attendees understood the assignment with their dress code all white as they all brought a clear sense of fashion, with one message, 'Invite us to a party and we will show up.'

Radio Africa Group Events Manager Somoina Kimojino said the monthly event will see Kenyans experience different DJs in different locations, with selected games and gift hampers up for grabs.

 

"The next All White party we be on November 11, so fans of the themed party should prepare adequately with their outfit and be ready to have fun," she said. 

Somoina added that the event is looking into working closely with local brands and other partners to make it the biggest in Kenya.

"We had Johny Walker Gold who partnered with us, we also had Mali Living, who gave us gift hampers that were shared with our event influencers."

"We are looking forward to partnering with other brands."

On her expectations from the first-ever event, Somoina said it was a success and they are now focusing on consistency, ensuring that every attendee adheres to the full dress code and enjoys the moments while at it.  

"The event was great. It was about experience and we will ensure we take it a notch higher next time," she said. 

Several fans who attended the party said the organisers should make it a recurring event adding they had they had the best time of their lives.

Julius Wachira said he particularly enjoyed the DJ set as his genre of music was played throughout the event. 

"Everything went well, people dressed up well, and the food and the drinks were also very affordable. The choice of venue was also convenient for me as I work around the place," Wachira said.

He added that the All-White Party is now part of his monthly routine. 

Carolyne Moi, on her part, said despite people turning up late to the event, which was to start at 6 pm, she enjoyed herself alongside friends.

She noted that the fashion sense of Kenyans at the event stood out for her, as everyone turned up, so well. 

"You know Kenyans with keeping time, they never do it. But all in all, I had the best Friday of my life."
