Mariah Carey has just slammed the door on Nick Cannon.

The R&B icon is back to her very best with her new track, ‘Infinity’, which she dropped on Monday 27, night and it looks like her ex-husband is the target of this break-up song.

Ok, so it’s not quite up there with Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive, but the message is loud and clear. Mariah’s lyric video for the new song makes it plain that without her that ex-lover would have nothing.

“Close the door, lose the key, leave my heart on the mat for me”, she sings in a way that only Mariah can.

“I was yours eternally, there’s an end to infinity. Boy you actin’ so corny like Fritos,” she sings. “Wouldn’t have none of that without me, though.”

The new single has a great nostalgia vibe that is taking us right back to the 90s. Infinity shows that Mariah is back and boy are we happy! But not sure Nick Cannon will be.

Mariah’s new song is set to get it’s own video, which we’re already excited about and guess what, it’s set to be directed by her pal Brett Ratner – the director she was romantically linked to earlier this year.

Listen to Infinity below and be the judge.
