Akothee is among the many Kenyan celebrities who are mourning the loss of Daniel Arap Moi.
She remembers the joy of being given Maziwa Ya Nyayo because that was the highlight of her time in class after the math lesson.

Akothee recalls her tough days in the math class. The teacher used to accuse her of feeling a bit special. She dreaded the math lesson because he instilled fear in her.
And always accusing me of feeling sweet because my dad was rich, according to him, my dad was very rich 🙆♂️🙆♂️because I was dropped in school with governments landrover with at least 2 policemen🏃♂️🏃♂️, MR OILE I was not feeling sweet, you just instilled fear in me, and every time I saw you coming to class with a cain in your hands, My mind switched off because I knew what that cain will be doing to me!
Madam boss ended her rant by advocating for the cancellation of canning by saying,
CANNING SHOULD BE CANCELLED IN SCHOOLS, AND SANITARY TOWELS GIVEN FOR FREE R.I.P. ARAP 🙏🏾🙏🏾
The body of the late Former President Daniel Arap Moi has been taken to Lee Funeral Home.
Moi’s condition worsened yesterday at around noon and was rushed back to ICU, where he passed away. The retired president died at the age of 95.
