Mum Thourun is the name of the woman who helped raise Bahati by financing the children's home the gospel star grew up in and to say she succeeded with this particular orphan is an understatement. Bahati has grown from being a little boy housed in a children's home to being a young man who has not only taken the gospel industry by storm but he has also been paying back his blessings forward.
So in a way, she was the source of all the blessings that have come to the likes of Mr Seed, Weezdom, Peter Blessing and Diana Marua. And it all started at ABC Children's Home.
And Bahati has taken to his social media account to celebrate the lady who came through to elevate him from crushing poverty and offered him an opportunity to make something of herself and this is what Bahati had to say:
We Crushing and Celebrating on Mum Thourun! Bahatis Foster Mum who took him in and raised him at ABC Children's home. This woman is a giver, a caretaker and a Mother to many Orphans. We Celebrate you today for raising a Champion in this country. 🤗🙏
