Our very own African Queen Tiwa Savage was able to represent Africa and bagged the Best African Act in the midst of other great artists.
Some of the biggest stars nominated at this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards this year include; Camila Cabello who topped the list of nominations with SIX in total, including Best Artist, Best Video, Best Song, Best Pop Artist, Biggest Fans and Best U.S. Act. She’s followed by Ariana Grande and Post Malone, who each have five nominations respectively.
However among the nominees, one got most votes.
Camila Cabello bagged four awards as Nicki Minaj scooped two awards too, among many others.
Tiwa Savage becomes the first female to bag the Best African Act as Camila Cabello tops the awards.
