The Snapchat King himself, DJ Khaled, has purchased a luxurious Beverly Hills home from British superstar Robbie Williams for $9.9 million, (approximately 1 Billion KS) according to Variety.
This was a good deal for Khaled, who bought it for 10 percent under the $11 million asking price.
Williams owned the home since 2002, when he purchased it from country musician Clint Black and actress Lisa Hartman for $5.45 million.

Located inside of the gated Mulholland Estates development, the 10,681 square foot residence has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Sitting on three-quarters of an acre, the lavish pad will also give Khaled’s two-month-old son Asahd play areas to enjoy, including “oversized rooms” and “endless entertaining areas,” according to the listing details.
