Tiffany Haddish has ruled out hosting the 2019 Academy Awards, in support of her 'brother' Kevin Hart.
The Girls Trip star, 39, told Lorraine Kelly that while it would be 'pretty cool' to land the coveted gig, she doesn't think there would be 'enough preparation time.'
It comes after her Night School co-star Kevin, 39, was forced to resign from hosting the Oscars after old homophobic tweets had emerged.
Tiffany told Lorraine: 'That would be cool. It would be nice to have the ying and yang there, that would be cool, but you need proper preparation time.
'Kevin would have been hosting this year if they hadn't tripped him on things that he apologised for,. I've said things, I think before I speak. Nobody's perfect.'
Gushing about co-star Kevin she added: 'He's helped me so much I've known him for so long, he's my little big brother.'
Tiffany's words came after Kevin was forced to drop out of hosting the Oscars late last year, after historic homophobic tweets from the star resurfaced.
His statement of resignation came despite Kevin previously apologising for the tweets, and he explained that he was told by the Academy to either apologise again or step down.
This has led many viewers to question whether a replacement for Kevin would be found, along with numerous reports that this year's ceremony would go forward without a host.
