Global superstar Nicki Minaj is one of the biggest celebrities on the planet.
And she’s just been announced as one of the first performers at the MTV EMAs, which will be held in Bilbao, Spain on November 4.
The singer, 35, is joining a ‘badass female line-up’ according to show producers, alongside multi-platinum superstar Halsey, 24, and Spanish superstar Rosalía, 25.
Nicki is also up for two nominations at this year’s bash for Best Hip Hop and Best Look.
The undisputed reigning queen of hip hop, Nicki Minaj released her platinum selling highly anticipated fourth studio album Queen in August, her first album in four years, including hit singles Barbie Tingz, Chun-Li and Bed featuring Ariana Grande.
Halsey, 24, has been spotted out and about with fellow rapper and on-off boyfriend G-Eazy.
The Bad At Love rapper isn’t up for any nominations at this year’s ceremony but she won at the MTV Italian Music Awards for Best Video last year.
Halsey’s EMA performance announcement follows the release of her new single Without Me, Halsey’s first new solo music since 2017’s Billboard 200 number 1, platinum album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom.
