Njugush has been gushing over his love for and determination in the gym.
He has been diligently working out with his wife who has also lost weight and the results are out for all to see.
He posted a picture with his family while he was in Samburu where they went on holiday and were joined by Jacque Maribe and captioned it,

Since he has severally been dissed for being a bit too skinny and eating wasn't working for him, he decided to hit the gym and add gains.
With the way things are going, he might just be giving Khaligraph Jones and Sauti Sol a run for their money soon. He should now be part of the much-awaited 'war' between the two artistes come December.
