Omar Epps is being sued by an actress who claims he broke her arm on set.
Donzaleigh Abernathy filed the suit against the actor after an incident on the set of Shooter, reported.
The actress, who was 59 at the time, claims they were filming a scene in which Epps was supposed to murder her character.
She seeks damages for pain and suffering caused, and wants all current and future medical bills covered.
It isn't the first time someone has been hurt while shooting the drama series, which stars Ryan Phillippe.
In 2016, co-star Tim Sizemore seriously injured a stuntman when he accidentally reversed over him in an SUV.
Epps was sitting in the passenger seat at the time.
