Omar Epps is being sued by an actress who claims he broke her arm on set.
Donzaleigh Abernathy filed the suit against the actor after an incident on the set of Shooter, TMZ reported.
The actress, who was 59 at the time, claims they were filming a scene in which Epps was supposed to murder her character.
However he ‘completely deviated from the script… threw his left forearm with full force at [her] right arm’, breaking it,’ the suit alleges.
She also claimed he dropped her hard on the floor and injured her back.
Production was reportedly stalled after the incident and she was rushed to hospital.
She accused the much younger and stronger actor of being negligent and reckless during the scene.
Besides Epps, she is also suing Paramount Pictures for negligence and assault and battery.
She seeks damages for pain and suffering caused, and wants all current and future medical bills covered.
It isn’t the first time someone has been hurt while shooting the drama series, which stars Ryan Phillippe.
In 2016, co-star Tim Sizemore seriously injured a stuntman when he accidentally reversed over him in an SUV.
Epps was sitting in the passenger seat at the time.
